FlyGlobespan recently wet leased three of its Boeing wide bodied 767-300s, one to the UK Ministry of Defence for their twice weekly UK – Falklands service, another to Air Calin for operations in the Pacific between New Caledonia and Japan and a third to Air India. BYTRONs briefing services provide airlines with the ability to globally control dispatch information from HQ Ops. The Falklands service and Pacific operations have achieved another two milestones for Bytron as both are dispatched from FlyGlobespan HQ Ops in Edinburgh. Simon Clayton Aviation Solutions Manager for BYTRON said, "Once again Bytron is setting the standard for global aviation data distribution. For a number of years we have helped manage Hajj flights between Japan, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. Our eFlight/skybook service has now enabled FlyGlobespan to extend their operations further round the globe whilst maintaining control from their Edinburgh HQ". |
